Calling all residents of Aldershot Park ward, in Aldershot. Do you have old or broken bulky waste items you no longer use and want to get rid of?

Our mobile Walk this Waste van will be calling at various stops in Aldershot Park ward (along Selbourne Avenue, Aldershot) this Saturday (5 April) from 7.30am so you can dispose of unwanted items for free. 

You must walk the waste to the van, and anyone who arrives in a vehicle will be turned away.      

The Walk this Waste trial is part of a commitment to create clean, safe neighbourhoods, to help those without transport to dispose of waste items and to try to help reduce flytipping. 

Our van will stop at these collection points: 

  1. Gloucester Road – entrance to Park Primary School, from 7.30am to 8.15am  
  2. Andover Way shops, from 8.30am to 9.15am  
  3. Selborne Ave – opposite junction with Cadnam Close (in service road) from 9.30am to 10.15am  
  4. Selborne Ave – opposite junctions with Shortdale Close and Stockbridge Drive (in the parking area) from 10.30am to 11.30am 

Please be aware that timings may change if the van needs to be emptied.
