Rushmoor Borough Council has been informed that as of 2 April, Active Nation UK Limited have ceased trading.
Active Nation, a wellbeing charity, operates the snowsports centre in Gallwey Road on behalf of the council, and a number of other facilities around the country.
As a result, Alpine Snowsports in Aldershot is closed until further notice.
The council is taking urgent legal advice and considering future options for the centre.
Customers who have bookings or centre memberships are asked to wait for an update, which will be provided as soon as possible.
We are conscious that a number of events are planned to take place over the Easter school holidays and we will provide an update as soon as we can.
In the meantime, all events at the centre have been cancelled until further notice.
