Performance monitoring

Delivery plan for 2025/26

Our cabinet has recently agreed our our delivery plan for 2025/26. The new delivery plan is due to be considered by our Council in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we are still working to the plans and performance monitoring of the documents below.

Along with our monitoring of the council’s performance data each quarter, we will be monitoring the performance of the delivery plan activities. These monitoring documents will be added to this page at the end of each quarter.

The delivery plan also includes outcomes and measures of success, some of which are vital to the council’s performance and are already included in our quarterly monitoring, others are more long-term outcomes or measures of success. All delivery plan outcomes and measures of success will be monitored yearly. We are currently collecting the baseline data and agreeing the targets.

Council plan 2023-26

The Council approved the Council Plan 2023 to 2026 on 6 July 2023. The 2023-26 council plan was in place for two years and is due to to be replaced by the delivery plan in 2025/26.

• The quarter two monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 26 November 2024
• The quarter three monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 11 February 2025
• The quarter four monitoring and end of year report will be considered at Cabinet 3 June 2025

The Council approved the 2022 to 2025 Council Plan on 24 February 2022.
