How to get here
Aldershot Lido
Guildford Road
Aldershot
GU12 4BP
There is limited parking at the lido and we do our best to provide as much parking as we can. The best way to visit on busy days is to walk, take the bus, or park a little way away (north of Lower Farnham Road) and take a ten-minute walk in.
Visiting by bus
The Number 15 bus is the closest bus to the lido. Please see the Stagecoach 15 bus route page for more information.
Visiting by car
Please use GU12 4BP on your sat nav. Our main lido car park has 168 spaces and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Extra car parking
Parking available every day
- Aldershot Park car park (130 places) - available on a first-come-first-served basis. Also used by visitors to the park and playground
- On street parking – there are some streets around the lido where you can park. However, on busy days inconsiderate parking can be an issue. If you live near the lido and have a complaint about on-street parking, please email Hampshire County Council at parking.services@hants.gov.uk.
Overflow parking - only opened on busy days
- Lido car park overflow (110 spaces) - located at the rear of the lido grounds, and accessible from the gate at the far left of the lido car park
- Aldershot Park overflow (60-100 spaces) - this additional overflow option can generally be used for around 60 cars, or more if there are no sports being played in the park
- Aldershot crematorium overflow (50 spaces) - A total of 50 spaces of the 80-space car park fall outside the construction site and can be made available as a last resort on very hot/busy days
When you arrive, we will make it clear if these spaces are available or not. We will also update you on our Lido Facebook page.
Wherever you park, please respect local residents and park responsibly.
