Most of our allotments have access to water from stand pipes between April to October. 

If you are a plot holder, you must make sure you agree to follow our allotment tenancy agreement.

Cost of an allotment

New allotment plot charges come into effect in October each year and are rounded to the nearest pound. We send out invoices annually at the beginning of October.

Annual cost increases

The costs for all allotment plots increase by the Retail Price Index (RPIX) in April each year, in line with our fees and charges policy. 

Sheds

You can get permission from us to erect a small shed (up to 1.8 metres x 1.2 metres) on your plot.

Please complete our shed application form and we will confirm with you if you can erect your shed.
